At Empower Stark, care is more than a service. It’s a calling. My journey began in psychiatric hospitals and dayhab programs, where I saw firsthand the importance of compassion, patience, and dignity in every interaction. After taking time to start my family, I explored new paths in e-commerce and pursued hobbies, including videography and running. I also returned to school to earn my master’s degree, which deepened both my knowledge and my determination to build something meaningful.

Empower Stark was made possible through the support and encouragement of my husband, Rami Hamdan. When I doubted myself, he believed in me and pushed me forward. You’ll be seeing him around as well, as he serves as Director of Community & Communications, supporting outreach, relationships, and engagement with the individuals and families we serve.

These experiences, both professional and personal, shaped me into the leader I am today: resilient, empathetic, and family-oriented. As a mother, business owner, and caregiver at heart, I want to create an environment where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive.
